1. Promoter Details

This promotion is conducted by Official Sinner (ABN: 75 688 588 954)(the "Promoter"). 23 Ebony Close Springvale VIC 3171. The Promoter's website is https://www.officialsinner.com.

2. Promotion Period

The promotion commences at 5:00PM (AEST) Monday, April 13, 2026 (AEST) and closes at Monday, April 27, 2026 at 11:59 PM (AEST) (the "Promotion Period"). Entries received outside of the Promotion Period will not be accepted. The Promoter reserves the right to extend or shorten the Promotion Period by providing reasonable notice via the Official Sinner website and social media channels, subject to approval from the relevant authorities. 

3. Eligibility to Enter

This promotion is open to individuals worldwide, subject to the following conditions:

• Entry is open to individuals aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.

• Employees, contractors, directors, and officers of Official Sinner, and their immediate family members (including spouses, de facto partners, parents, children, and siblings), are not eligible to enter.

• Entry is open to Australian residents, including those in ACT, NSW, VIC, QLD, WA, TAS, and NT. Residents of South Australia (SA) are excluded from this promotion.

• International entries are permitted where this promotion is not prohibited by applicable local law. It is the sole responsibility of the entrant to ensure their participation is lawful in their jurisdiction. The Promoter accepts no liability for any entrant who participates in breach of their local laws.

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant and to disqualify any entrant who does not satisfy these eligibility requirements.

4. How to Enter

There are two (2) methods of entry available during the Promotion Period:

Method 1 — Purchase

For every AUD $1.00 spent on any products at https://www.officialsinner.com during the Promotion Period, the entrant will automatically receive one (1) entry into the prize draw. For example, a purchase totalling $75.00 AUD will generate 75 entries. Entries are calculated based on the final transaction value after any discounts or credits are applied, excluding shipping, taxes, and any applicable fees. Purchases must be completed and payment successfully processed during the Promotion Period to be eligible.

Method 2 — Sign up to our newsletter Entry

To enter without making a purchase, individuals may submit a free entry by signing up to the Official Sinner email newsletter via the designated entry form on the Official Sinner website. Each individual is entitled to a maximum of one (1) free entry per person, regardless of the number of email addresses used. Attempts to submit multiple free entries using different email addresses or any other method will result in disqualification of all entries from that individual.

5. Prize Details and Total Value

There is one (1) prize available in this promotion. The winner will be offered the following choice:

The winner must nominate their preferred prize option within (30) days of being notified of their win. If no selection is made within this period, the Promoter reserves the right to award the cash alternative (Option B) by default.

Prize Conditions:

The prize is not transferable to another person and may not be exchanged, sold, or substituted for any other prize, except as otherwise provided in these Terms & Conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the specified prize becomes unavailable for any reason beyond the Promoter's control.

Important Eligibility Condition:
 Option A (Motorcycle) is only available to winners who are residents of Australia. If the selected winner resides outside of Australia, they will not be eligible to claim the motorcycle and will instead receive Option B (Cash Alternative) as the only available prize.

For Option A (Motorcycle):
 The winner must be an Australian resident to claim this prize. The winner is responsible for all costs associated with registration and insurance. The winner is also responsible for all costs associated with Roadworthy certificates and any other costs related to taking possession of the motorcycle. Delivery will be arranged within Australia only.

For Option B (Cash Alternative):
 The cash prize will be paid in Australian Dollars (AUD) via bank transfer. If the winner is an Australian resident, the cash prize will be awarded via EFT to the winner’s nominated Australian bank account. If the winner resides outside of Australia, this option will be automatically applied, and the prize will be transferred to the winner’s nominated account. International winners are responsible for any currency conversion fees, bank charges, or transfer fees imposed by their financial institution. The Promoter will not be responsible for any loss in value due to exchange rate fluctuations.

All taxes, duties, government levies, or other charges associated with receiving or using the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. The Promoter strongly recommends that winners seek independent financial and legal advice regarding any tax obligations arising from winning this prize.

6. Draw Details

The prize draw will be conducted on Tuesday, 28 April, 2026 at 7:00 PM (AEST) at 23 Ebony Close Springvale VIC 3171 Australia. The draw will be conducted by a random electronic method to ensure fairness and equal opportunity for all valid entrants. The draw is supervised by an independent scrutineer.

The Promoter reserves the right to draw additional reserve entries at the time of the draw in the event that the original winner or is found to be ineligible. 

7. Winner Notification

The winner will be contacted via the email address provided at the time of entry within two (2) business days of the draw. The winner must respond to the notification and claim their prize within thirty (30) days of the notification being sent.

The winner's first name, last initial, initial of their first name, last name and postcode (for Australian winner) and country of residence will be published on the Official Sinner website (https://www.officialsinner.com) and on the Promoter's official social media channels within 30 days of the draw

8. Unclaimed Prizes

If the winner does not respond to the notification within 30 days, the Promoter will make reasonable further attempts to contact the winner via email on a weekly basis for a period of up to one (1) month from the date of the original draw.

If the prize remains unclaimed after three (3) months from the original draw date, a redraw will be conducted on Tuesday, 28th July, 2026 at 7:00 PM (AEST) at the same location as the original draw. The redraw winner will be notified and their details published in the same manner as the original winner. 

9. Redraw Arrangements

Any required redraw will follow the same random electronic draw process as the original draw and will be supervised by an independent scrutineer. The winner will be contacted via the email address provided at the time of entry within two (2) business days of the redraw. The winner's initial of their first name, last name and postcode (for Australian winner) and country of residence will be published on the Official Sinner website (https://www.officialsinner.com) and on the Promoter's official social media channels within 30 days of the redraw.

10. Permit Details

This promotion will be conducted in accordance with applicable Australian state and territory laws, including the Community Gaming Act 2018 (NSW) and the ACT trade promotion lottery regulations administered by the ACT Gambling and Racing Commission.

11. Privacy

All personal information collected from entrants in connection with this promotion will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Official Sinner Privacy Policy, available at https://www.officialsinner.com/policies/privacy-policy.

By entering this promotion, entrants consent to the Promoter collecting, storing, and using their personal information for the purposes of administering the promotion, including winner notification and publication. Entrants who provide a free entry via email newsletter sign-up consent to receiving marketing communications from Official Sinner. Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe link in any email.

The Promoter will not sell, rent, or otherwise disclose personal information to third parties except as required by law or as necessary to administer this promotion.

12. Liability Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter and its officers, employees, contractors, and agents exclude all liability for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death sustained in connection with this promotion or the use or enjoyment of any prize, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law (including under the Australian Consumer Law).

The Promoter is not responsible for: (a) late, lost, misdirected, incomplete, or illegible entries; (b) any technical failures, interruptions, or errors affecting the operation of the promotion website or entry system; (c) any theft, unauthorised access to, or alteration of entries; or (d) any problems with internet connectivity, server outages, or other circumstances beyond the Promoter's reasonable control.

The Promoter is not responsible for any costs incurred by an entrant in connection with entering this promotion. The Promoter is not responsible for any costs incurred by the winner in connection with accepting or using the prize beyond those expressly included in the prize description.

13. General Conditions

By entering this promotion, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and acknowledges that the Promoter's decisions in relation to all aspects of the promotion, including eligibility, entry validity, and prize allocation, are final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.

Any attempt by an entrant to manipulate, tamper with, or otherwise undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion, including but not limited to submitting multiple free entries, using automated entry methods, or providing false or misleading information, will result in immediate disqualification of all entries from that entrant. The Promoter reserves the right to seek recovery of any costs or damages arising from such conduct.

The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or extend the promotion at any time, subject to any written directions from a relevant regulatory authority. Any material changes to the promotion will be communicated via the Official Sinner website and social media channels.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable Australian state and territory laws laws including the Australian Capital Territory (ACT). ACT Entrants irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the ACT in respect of any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this promotion.  

14. Force Majeure

If circumstances beyond the Promoter's reasonable control affect the fair operation of this promotion — including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of God, war, terrorism, pandemic, government restrictions, internet or infrastructure failure, or fraud — the Promoter may, subject to applicable regulatory requirements, cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion or substitute a prize of equal or greater value. In such circumstances, no liability will attach to the Promoter.

15. Taxation

Any taxes, duties, or government charges arising from winning or receiving the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. The Promoter makes no representation as to the tax treatment of the prize in any jurisdiction. Winners are encouraged to seek independent tax advice.

16. Final Decision

All decisions made by Official Sinner in relation to this promotion, including but not limited to eligibility, entry validity, prize allocation, and interpretation of these Terms & Conditions, are final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into regarding any decision made by the Promoter.
